Positive Reinforcement - Daddy Bucks

A friend of mine shared this cool idea with me.  They printed money with her husband's picture in the middle, which they call "Daddy Bucks" and their daughter earns money toward one on one time with her parents as well as exchanging it for real money to make a purchase every now and then.  I am excited about trying something, especially positive that may help correct some behaviors in our household.
