Lowe's Build and Grow Kits

I don't recall where I say or heard this, but you can now buy the Lowe's Build and Grow Kits.  There are four available online now.  I am not sure if you can purchase these in stores.  I remember reading or hearing about this and that it would be a great birthday party idea.  The kits are $5.98 each.  There is even a tool starter kit with an apron, goggles and hammer for $8.98.
