Chicken Dumplin's
Oh my gosh! I just threw together dinner! I had some left over rotissarie chicken that I had pulled off the bone from Ingles, poured in 32 oz chicken broth, maybe 1/2 cup of half and half (we are out of milk) and 1/2 teaspoon of chicken flavoring/bouillon. Once that came to a boil, I added a can of crescent rolls (pulled apart/"dumpling's). It smells so good! I can hardly wait to eat it!
I love buying a "traditional" rotisserie chicken and using it to make chicken salad, chicken tacos, chicken casserole, etc. It's so much quicker than buying and cooking it myself and I get a mixture of white and dark meat!
