Glamour and Kmart Power of Platinum promotion

I just received a letter from Glamour stating that they did not receive my request for the $25 gift card before they ran out. However, they did send me a $10 gift card as well as a coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase. They even returned my original receipt to me.

Another example of great customer service. Getting something unexpected is always a nice surprise!
